We are looking for an experienced Care Assistant with an up to date driving licence as this position will require travelling to and from clients' homes in the London, Greater London, and Essex areas. You will be working as part of a team and on your own. We are looking for an energetic person to provide help and support to people who have limited mobility and other care needs. Developing a good relationship with the patient while also providing them with support during activities and physical tasks is the key point to ensure excellent care.

Experience to include:

• Previously working with clients with learning disabilities

• Ability to work alongside people to help maximise their potential

• Ability to work alone and as part of a team

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to maintain accurate records
